Job Details
An experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor/ CiLEX or Legal Executive is required by a a Sheffield based ABS structure, which have been providing a specialised legal service to the leasing and finance industry for the last 10 years.
The Role
Within the Litigation Department, you will be working with the current litigators dealing with complex small, fast and multi-track cases from beginning to completion.
Dealing with appeals, drafting contested pleadings and replying to the defense will be part of your day to day duties so it is essential that you have a past experience in this.
It is crucial that you have a good understanding of Debt Recovery as this area of law can be very complex.
The Candidate
Ideally the suitable candidate will have 2 years'minimum experience in Debt litigation/ Insolvency, with a solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and court procedures.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritize large caseloads under pressure, as the Litigation Department is a fast moving, busy team.
Experience of the Insolvency process is desirable but not essential.
Package
Salary is depending on experience + bonus scheme.
