Senior Residential Solicitor – Our clients, a full-service firm with strong local links in East Sussex are now looking for a senior residential property solicitor to join their team at Partner level.

About the Role
You will be tasked with assisting and overseeing the management of the property team whilst running your own caseload of HNW and complex residential property transactions which will include sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of quality and re-mortgages.

Candidate Requirements
They are now looking for a commercially aware solicitor who can advise on complex property transactions and can add value to the practice. He /she will need to be willing to go the extra mile in promoting and marketing the firm, whilst delivering the highest standards of client care. This is a very good opportunity to join a progressive, well managed firm with plenty of good will.
