Job Details
You will be working on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, capital markets and IPO's, investment funds and joint ventures, restructurings and insolvency, corporate governance and activism, company administration, tax and incentives, boardroom and shareholder disputes and business crime and regulation.
The team are highly ranked in Chambers and Partners and tier 1 recommended within the Legal 500 for corporate M&A smaller deals up to £50 million.
