Job Details
This strong regional firm based in Merseyside is looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to head up their department. The firm will build a department around you of Clinical negligence fee earners.
The salary is up to £65,000
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is motivated to progress their legal career. The work is of an extremely high quality and the successful candidate will have overall control for vetting all potential claims.
The ideal candidate will have: -
- At least 3 years PQE (or equivalent) exclusively in the area of Clinical Negligence
- A proven track record of working in a costs driven environment
- Excellent client care skills
- The ability to effectively manage their own caseload and ultimately provide support to more junior team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of managing own caseload effectively, particularly in a pressurised environment
- A strong team player, with good communication skills, an excellent delegator and supervisor who actively develops junior team members
- Experience using Proclaim would be an advantage but is not essential
