Job Details
The team works for a variety of clients, including a bridging loan company and a client with a large portfolio of care homes.
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of corporate matters including:
- Share purchase acquisitions and disposals
- Option agreements and conditional contracts
- Drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and promotion agreements
- Commercial financing work including loan and security documents
Prior property experience is essential, particularly commercial and development, as part of the role will be assisting with property work.
