The Role

This firm are in search of a Company/ Commercial Solicitor for their boutique niche practice based in the city of London.

You will be working on great quality work and will work alongside some leading solicitors. You will have worked in a City practice and are looking for a boutique niche firm.

Your caseload will consist of a variety of Tax matters relating to private companies shares and options. Training and support is given where needed.

The caseload will consist of a mixture company law matters, tax and share transactions and HMRC procedures. You will focus on private companies and sharholders.

You will also advise on share transfers, HMRC and unapproved option plans, investment rounds and resolution of shareholder and partnership disputes. You will also provide advice on tax issues arising on share transactions and help to build a tax litigation practice.

They will consider flexible working and there will be great opportunity for progression for the correct candidate.

The Requirements:

• You will be a Company/ Commercial Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE
• You will have a pragmatic approach to your work
• Your salary is competitive and based on your level of experienced
