Job Details
A well established London law firm is looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to work at their office located a 3 minute walk from Victoria Station. The role will involve advising clients on a wide range of matters, with a focus on The Leasehold Reform Act 1967, The Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. There is an existing caseload for the successful candidate to take over but they are looking for someone dynamic, who can develop the department.
The successful candidate can expect to benefit from first rate support from their established team and will be given the freedom to grow the department. Applicants should have gained relevant experience from a well-regarded London or leading regional practice and have a strong academic record. The role can be flexible and could include working from home if desired. Salary levels will be negotiable dependent on experience but should be very competitive.
