The Role

This firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer ideally 5+ PQE to join their flourishing Tunbridge Wells, Kent offices.

The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. The firm are looking for an individual with the drive and hunger to help build up the firm's caseload on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic role for those looking to avoid commuting into large cities.

You will be undertaking caseloads varying in size and value. As a result of the firms' expansions, such caseloads will certainly be dynamic and often of a high-network nature. This includes, leaseholds and freeholds, managing instructions and preparing contractual agreements.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE).
• You will be experienced in handling Conveyancing caseloads.
• You will be personable and thrive in client contact.
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, dependant on salary.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
