The Role

This Top 20 UK firm are looking to for an Corporate & M&A Associate (2-5 years PQE) to join the team in their Flagship City of London office.

You will work within a Leading corporate practice, recognised as 'Team of the year' and significant players in the market.

You will work in the Corporate M & A Team dealing with Private M & A and Private Equity matters. The Corporate team's network expands across Europe, The middle East and Asia. Working many leading funds and financial institutions, national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies.

The department has a lot of longevity as such the firms culture and atmosphere is a key highlight. This firm will also look at Top qualified New Zealand, Australia or South Qualified associates.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE experience
• You will have had strong experience working within a leading law firm
• You should have a strong technical knowledge and be commercially astute
• Excellent communication skills and interest within Employment
• Salary is well above market rate and is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus a market leading bonus and benefits structure.
