Our leading international legal firm client are offering the opportunity for a solicitor to join their successful National House Builder Team in their Bristol office. The firm is highly recognisable for their market-leading presence in the development sector, representing house-hold development clients.

Your new role
Having built one of the most highly regarded Property Development Teams in the UK, this team act for an enviable client base of both commercial and residential developers. With work streams increasing, they are keen to recruit an experienced Property Development lawyer with an established track record of operating in the residential development sector to join the team in Bristol.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked for a leading City, national or regional firm, and have a solid commercial and/or residential development skill set. Alongside excellent technical skills, you will have strong organisation skills while being highly client focused.
