They specialise in a wide range of disciplines to include residential property, commercial property and family. They are well established and have been practicing and providing professional advice for decades across the Kent region. The firm pride themselves on their personal, friendly and confident approach. Due to their success this firm are on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team of specialist lawyers The work will be varied and will consist of matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds The successful candidate will need to have at least 5 years experience in residential property law as this is a Senior appointment. You will be confident in managing your own caseload and be involved in business development and networking in the local area.
