Their construction and procurement team are seeking to expand and they are looking to recruit a Construction and Procurement Lawyer, ideally NQ - 2 years PQE (though candidates outside of this requirement will be considered). You would deliver a broad range of construction and commercial advice across their sectors, including housing, local government, social business and charity clients. The team you would join is sizable and are well known for their expertise in procuring a range of works and works related contracts in their specialist sectors. This includes work such as high value new build housing joint ventures, large scale regeneration projects, long-term repairs and maintenance contracts, complex and high value highways maintenance agreements and new build headquarters for large national charities.
