Top tier practice in Lincolnshire are seeking a talented Private Client Associate to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an associate to take on a varied caseload of private client matters. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate in addition to the opportunity of career progression.

Responsibilities
• Estate administration
• Tax and trusts
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Inheritance tax
• Advising on structures of will
• Will drafting
• Deputyship applications

The Candidate
• Solicitors, partners and legal executives with at least five years’ PQE
• A solid background in private client matters is essential
• Possess excellent client care and communication skills
• Have a flair for business development and networking
