Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

A fantastic Legal 500 firm based in Nottingham seeks an experienced private client solicitor to join their growing team. 
 
As an experienced private client solicitor/legal executive you will sit within the broader Private Client Team and will be given a mixed caseload of high value and complex wills, probate, tax and trusts matters.

The team has access to paralegal and secretarial support and all solicitors will benefit from the support and guidance of the private client partner who has recently joined from a rival national firm.
 
Although there are realistic billing expectations within the role, the firm prides itself on the quality of service it offers its clients. Their team is made up of technically strong solicitors who put client care at the forefront of what they offer, making them one of the "go-to" firms for private client services in the area.
 
My client would also be interested to hear from senior-level private client candidates who are looking for progression and a progressive firm to work for.
 
If you are a qualified private client solicitor or legal executive who has at least 3+ years' experience and wants to join a highly reputable firm who really care for their clients then do apply now.
 
You should be open to attending networking and marketing events and you will be a naturally enthusiastic and committed private client specialist.
 
You will be responsible for your own caseload under supervision and own fee targets and have the ability to mentor and work in a team. You will ideally want to push for future STEP and Solicitors for Elderly membership.

• A good understanding of personal tax advice in respect of living and post-death scenarios.
• Good experience of a range of wills, trusts and probate.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Ability to business develop and network.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Time and matter management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills, including an ability to work with others.
• Ability to adopt a commercial as well as a legal approach to client issues.
• Access to own transport to enable home visits.
