Job Details
The team are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for the immigration work they do.
You will be advising both businesses and individuals at all levels. It is really important that you have strong ethical standards with excellent communication skills and business development. Knowledge of any additional language would be ideal but is not essential.
You will be working on a wide range of corporate and private immigration matters. This will include Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence, Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa, Tier 1 Investor Visa, Business Visas, Brexit: EU & EEA Applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain, British Citizenship, Family Visa and Spouse Visa, Asylum and Human Rights, Student and Visitor Visa.
You should be able to work under pressure and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. The firm is a leading Legal 500 immigration law firm, based in Chancery Lane.
