Job Details

This highly regarded private client department in Lancashire who are recognised as a leading regional department with a strong team with an outstanding client base are seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 4 years+ PQE and the ability to work well with an existing client base.

This role is to deal with a mix of wills, trusts & probate work so prior experience of these will be essential. The office is based in an affluent area so many of the clients are high net worth and have high value £multi-million trusts & estates that they need advising on. You will be dealing with complex trusts to include tax returns, inheritance tax issues and landed estates where you will be dealing with issues on agricultural properties, leased properties, quarries and agricultural estates as well as dealing with a small proportion of Lasting Power of Attorney & Court of Protection matters.

Ideally you will be working towards STEP accreditation and be part or fully qualified, however this firm will provide you with support to qualify as a STEP member if required.

Salary for this role will be based on PQE level however will be starting at £35,000 and increasing with qualification level. An outstanding bonus and benefits package is also offered, to go along with the tremendous working environment already in place.
