Rural Property Lawyer

Your new firm
An exciting Property opportunity has arisen with our leading national client in their Cheltenham office. The team have a market leading reputation and are now looking to add to their team with an ambitious Property Lawyer.

Your new role
You will be joining a friendly and experienced team, supervising junior lawyers and have the opportunity to run key client relationships for agriculture and rural land holder clients. There will be a varied workload, including advising on landed estate and rural property transactions as well as wider estate management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident experienced property lawyer, with strong technical skills and attention to detail. You will have experience with a leading national or regional firm and have enjoyed exposure to a breadth of Property work. Time management is essential in this role, alongside strong organisation skills.
