A boutique property law firm based in central London is looking for a residential conveyancer to cover a 12 month maternity leave at their office located a 5 minute walk from Chancery Lane Underground Station. Applicants must be able to work independently and be able to manage a caseload of circa 55 matters but Partner assistance is available. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

The key duties of the Conveyancing role will include:

Overseeing your own personal caseload of both freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases aided by a conveyancing assistant

Re-mortgages
Help to buy mortgages, ISA's
Staircasing and Shared Ownership
Building upon an existing client base and expanding the client database
Managing key client relationships and establishing new relationships through networking and business development
Complying with CQS and Lexcel accreditations and SRA regulations
Ideal start date would be mid-August 2019 but would consider an earlier start for the right candidate. Salary circa £47k.
