This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own full caseload at a strongly performing firm in Bromley renowned for its high level of service in conveyancing matters.

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Shared ownership schemes
  • Business development and networking activities
The Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or non-qualified fee earner with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing matters
  • Expertise in business development and good networking skills
  • Excellent client care skills
  • IT proficiency
