A top firm in Chester is looking to recruit a residential property fee earner.

The firm has an excellent reputation, good quality work and offer both above average remuneration and career development opportunities. You will be dealing with high quality residential conveyancing work to include sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and re-mortgages.

This is a strategic hire rather than a replacement that willl suit a residential property fee earner who is experienced at working in a full-service firm rather than in a high-volume conveyancing environment. If you are ambitious and self-motivated, career prospects with this well managed firm are excellent. The successful applicant will be given the support, training and help required to become an important part of the residential property team.

The salary is up to £35,000 dependent on experience with a solid benefits package.
