The firm is seeking to hire a new Employment Senior Associate / Partner into their City of London.
Although the employment department is still relatively small compared to that of other departments, they are very busy and have had a real influx of high quality work. You will deal with both claimant and respondent work, contentious and non-contentious, with a growing amount of employment advisory work. Your caseload and client base will be varied, making for a much more interesting role.
You will be at the forefront of this growing department, working alongside the Partner to further drive the department forwards, now is an exciting time to join.
This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression and Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm that has real ambition to continue to grow.
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- You should be a commercially minded individual who has a flare for business development
