Job Details
The conveyancing team has grown extensively over the last few years and is comprised of some extremely knowledgeable solicitors. They are now seeking to bolster their Shrewsbury team by appointing a residential conveyancing solicitor to handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
You must have 3+ years' PQE and be able to hit the ground running handling a full caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equities of freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties with minimal supervision.
There will be secretarial and paralegal support. The firm offers a supportive and friendly culture and can be flexible in terms of working hours for the right person.
