Regional law firm with a strong presence across South Wales specialising in Property and Private Client work, offering an exciting opportunity to join their expanding Residential Conveyancing team by adding an individual keen to further their career.

THE ROLE

You will be a Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a strong grounding within Residential Property. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be handling a mixed caseload inclusive of both Sale and Purchase matters, whilst taking an active part in development by dealing with clients, lenders and also estate agents. Experience of achieving targets within a Residential Conveyancing role is also desired.

In return, you will be joining one of the leaders in their area with regards to Conveyancing, whilst being able to take advantage of a generous benefits scheme and salary DOE.
