They have a full team of experts to offer this service in a high-quality and cost-effective manner and are looking to recruit a Senior Legal Helpline Adviser to join their team in Cardiff.

Your new role
As a Senior Legal Helpline Adviser in the Cardiff office you will be required to provide reliable concise legal advice to people from a variety of backgrounds over the telephone. You will liaise with clients when required and mentor other members of the advice team. You will join an experienced team of experts to deliver a broad spectrum of advice to the firms' wide client base.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a law graduate ideally having completed your LPC and will have experience advising across many areas of law. You will be willing to continuously learn and want to expand on your legal knowledge and develop your managerial skills.
