Your new role
A 12 month FTC general commercial lawyer role reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel. Taking on good levels of responsibility, you will advise the business on a wide variety of commercial matters. You will draft, negotiate and review varied commercial agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK or common law qualified lawyer, and ideally 2-5 PQE (as a guide only). You will have demonstrable experience of commercial contracts, while being able to build relationships with all stakeholders. You will be hungry to learn and develop as a mid level lawyer.
