Commercial Solicitor

Commercial Lawyer - A South west London Law firm requires an experienced commercial lawyer The Commercial Lawyer role will involve undertaking a range of commercial and contractual based advisory and transactional work, primarily for healthcare sector but also potentially social housing businesses.  Knowledge and experience of the UK social housing or healthcare market and / or related markets is desirable but not essential.
 
The ideal Commercial Lawyer will have at least 5 year's PQE with prior experience in some or all of the following areas:
 
• Public procurement (both the provision of notes of advice and running/assisting with responses to public procurement processes);
• Commercial contracting, including contracts for non-medical services, supply of goods and contracts for medical services including the NHS England standard form contract;
• Advising on NHS trusts, NHS foundation trusts and/or clinical commissioning group’s vires; and
• Statutory and/or non-statutory M&A (including sales by way of asset transfer, share sales and transfers of partnership interests).
 
The ideal candidate will also have some experience of delegating and supervising work.
