IT Outsourcing Lawyer -This ia a fantastic opportunity for a 2-6 years IT Outsourcing Lawyer to work as part of an exciting Technology & Services division for a national law firm in London. This role has been created due to the driving of significant change in the healthcare sector and we the firm's now seeking a lawyer to join the new Medical Technology Group. The group undertake a range of transactions for predominantly private sector clients including mergers and acquisitions, collaborations and joint ventures, innovative financing models, the supply of devices and consumables and the supply of software, consultancy and data analysis services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a driven and dynamic market leading firm and the successful candidates is likely to have: a Corporate, Commercial and/or Finance legal background; - significant experience of working in the areas of outsourcing, IT projects and public private partnership deals; - a genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients; and - good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate at interview that he or she is commercially minded, highly organised and able to work effectively in teams. Salary dependent upon experience.
