Your new role
This employment PSL role will see you provide all facets of support to the employment team. You will be involved in best practice, training and know how as well as the development and maintenance of precedents.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced employment lawyer who has handled a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will have strong technical skills and have either worked as a knowledge management lawyer or be looking to move into a PSL role.
What you'll get in return
This is a rare employment knowledge management role. The position is open to those looking to work 3 or 4 days a week. There is also the opportunity to work from home. The salary is excellent and is negotiable depending on your experience.
