Job Details
The boutique shipping specialists work across many areas of shipping law including Charters, Bills, Bunker Contracts, FFAs, Off Shore Supply Contracts and COAs. They are ranked by The Legal 500 as one of the leading shipping firms in London.
Experience in dry shipping is essential and candidates that have worked for a global shipping firm are preferred. Knowledge and past dealings with matters including contractual breaches, infringement of ownership rights, manufacturing defects, insurance and reinsurance matters, portage, commissioning and decommissioning of vessels would be very attractive to the firm.
