Your new role

This commercial litigation role will see you handle a broad range of disputes work. This will involve mainstream contractual litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes. There will also be injunctions, IP disputes, professional negligence matters, some property litigation and contentious probate matters.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 3+ years' pqe looking to take the next step in your career. You will have gained a broad spread of commercial litigation work and have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
