QED are working with a well-known market Leading Top 100 firm in Leeds who are looking for a commercial property specialist to join their team.

The right candidate will be 4yrs + years qualified and should have either dealt with a generalist commercial property caseload or ideally one with a healthcare and public sector focus as the firm are known for their expertise in these sectors.

You will be advising large organisations such as the NHS and related organisations, regulatory and government bodies, independent healthcare providers, charities and GP practices. You will be dealing with a mixture of top-quality commercial property matters advising on negotiating commercial leases, sale and purchase transactions and development agreements.

The firm are known for their open, supportive and collegiate working environment. If you are looking to progress in your career working with some on the sectors leading lawyers then this is the place to be.
