Job Details
As a real estate associate solicitor, you will work in a team on large transactions while also working on your own matters, where you will be involved in the following areas:
- agricultural and business tenancies
- farming partnerships, contract farming and joint venture arrangements
- renewable energy projects
- minerals
- acquisition and disposal of agricultural land, farms and estates
- promotion, option and development agreements for landowners.
