Job Details
The team defend a variety of professionals including architects, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, surveyors, valuers and consultants on behalf of major insurers. Claims ranging from around £1m to in excess of £100m.
You should have experience of dealing with issues such as coverage and liability, along with arbitration and adjudications. This experience will probably have been at another leading city firm, although the team are open to considering candidates from overseas jurisdictions similar to the UK.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a professional indemnity solicitor to take on a varied and interesting caseload. Career prospects are also excellent for the right individual.
