The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Construction Senior Associate to join their expanding team in Cambridge

You will lead be responsible for leading cases, meanwhile working with the specialist Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department, who are rapidly expanding due to ongoing success.

This position has been created through further growth; where you will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, with a very varied client base which includes the best-known Developers and well-known household brands, throughout East Anglia and London. Fee earners are responsible for running their own manageable caseloads with a real focus on quality, where you will be given a high level of autonomy with support and guidance from a team of industry leading Partners.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Senior Associate with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Experience of managing a team of junior fee earners, is highly advantageous
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
