The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to Partner and Head the Banking & Finance in this firm's newly established City of London office.

This is a brilliant opportunity to Partner and Head the Department. You will be part of the newly established London office in this Top 100 firm.

Their expertise extends to corporate lending, acquisition and leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance, marine and shipping finance, asset backed lending (including receivables and inventory), refinancing's and restructurings.

The department work closely with some of the UK's major banks and financial institutions and have approved panel solicitors with many of them. This includes advising in a wide variety of sectors (including healthcare, energy and retail often with multi-jurisdictional element

If you are a Banking & Finance solicitor with a caseload consisting of the core areas then this would be a key opportunity for you to Head the department. You will work with industry leading partners cross fertilising matters and be helped with promoting your own practice.

The Requirements

• You will be a Banking & Finance Partner with at least 7 years PQE experience (There is no upper limit for this position)
• Have a strong technical knowledge
• Have a good billings history
• You should have good business development experience
• You are the type of candidate who can build solid client relationships
• Salary is well above market rate and is dependent on the experience. You will receive an excellent bonus and perks package.
