Through further growth, this rapidly expanding Top 200 UK Firm are now looking to make a key strategic hire into their Private Wealth team to complement a recent Partner hire into their Family department.

The role is to be based in the heart of Cambridge; however, they have a network of offices throughout Europe. The practice is multi-service, but they are particularly well-known for their wealth management services and offer a refreshing alternative to the larger, more conventional business law firms.

The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Private Wealth Partner into their Cambridge office.

The Private Wealth department is highly regarded nationally, and there is a significant commitment from the business to develop this offering into the Cambridge area.

You work with the existing Partners from other offices to drive the department forwards. The Private Wealth department is currently thriving in other offices where they deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs. Both based in the UK and non-UK clients dealing with a varied caseload including; Complex wills and assets, Tax planning, Estates, Trusts, LPOA, Probates and some contentious probate matters.

They will provide you will full support and autonomy for you to achieve this in Cambridge, to develop your own team as you see fit.

Requirements:

• You will be a Private Client/ Private Wealth Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Experience of building and managing a team of fee earners, is highly advantageous
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
