Commercial Litigation Solicitor/ Associate

My clients, a top 200 firm with several offices, are seeking a qualified solicitor or associate for their Commercial Litigation team. If you are to join at 4 pqe you will be joining with the title associate.

The client base includes listed companies, other PLCs, large private companies, owner-managed businesses and high growth start-up businesses. The firm have a particular focus in the media, food, technology, construction and manufacturing sectors.

You will ideally have experience gained with a very reputable commercial firm and at least a couple of years experience in running a purely commercial caseload of commercial litigation such as fraud, shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes and insolvency work. You will also be a confident networker or feel ready for exposure to business development and building relationships with clients.

There will be significant client contact in both the work and business development context. This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise with a modern, leading firm who progress their own people and offer a great deal of responsibility.
