Property Litigation Lawyer
Are you an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor? If so a superb opportunity has arisen at a top tier law firm in Birmingham which is seeking a 2-6 PQE solicitor to join its growing property litigation team.
The role will consist of a varied workload across a wide scope of the business including; covenant enforcement and 1954 Act renewals; property development risk avoidance; advice and dispute resolution.
There will also be opportunities to take on work outside the usual parameters of a property litigation lawyer. There will also be opportunities for business development within a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate:
Between 2-6 years PQE in property litigation
Currently working at a national/international law firm (or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Good academic background
