The ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitor (NQ-4 years' PQE) will possess experience dealing with a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, such as acquisitions and disposals, corporate finances, mergers, insolvency, joint ventures IP and corporate partnerships.
The Colchester firm has an impressive client list and acts for a wide range of businesses from start-ups and SMEs, family businesses and large PLCs which operate both locally and internationally.
