They have recently attracted a number of heavy hitting Partners from Top 200 UK and leading regional firms into their Cambridge office, which is a testament to the quality of this practice.

The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Employment Partner to build their offering in Cambridge

The Employment department is highly regarded nationally, and there is a significant commitment from the business to develop this offering into the Cambridge region.

The team is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to develop in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are outstanding. You will benefit from referred work from other offices including FTSE 250s, AIM, OMBs and SMEs clients.

They will provide you with full support and offer autonomy for you to achieve these similar levels of growth in Cambridge, to develop your own team as you see fit. Should you have a transferrable client base, or regional contacts, this firm will assist with the onboarding as well as offering full support for you to service this portfolio in your new role.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Experience of building and managing a team of fee earners, is highly advantageous
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE and level of following/ contacts
