Non contentious Construction Senior Associate/ Partner


This is a national law firm that has been steadily expanding in recent years and offers a range of legal services to different high calibre clients. They have a strong reputation in the industry for highly specialised advice and solutions to their clients within the construction capacity. Your new role You will helping develop the strong nine-person construction team, contributing your expert knowledge to further progress the team's excellent reputation. You will be building business with existing clients whilst attracting new clients from other areas across the firm and the wider business community. Your new role will require you to operate within several different sectors, including but not limited to; development, regeneration and commercial property.

You will need to be a qualified solicitor (UK or commonwealth qualification will be considered) with extensive non-contentious experience in construction. You must be a technically excellent, and a commercially aware team player who can anticipate the client's needs and take a proactive approach to your work. Strong business development skills are a must and a guaranteed client following will be looked upon favourably but is not essential. Social housing experience will also enhance your application as they are on a lot of the boards, however this is not a prerequisite of the position.
