Commercial Property Solicitor
Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
Succession Plan Role
QED Legal are working with a long standing Legal 500 rated West Yorkshire practice who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team and ultimately be the go to person for Commercial Property work in the business.
The vacancy has come about as a result of a Partner looking to take a step back and have an experienced Solicitor come in and work the existing caseload and continue to grow the practice.
The role is likely suited to a Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE, and who has the experience and gravitas of working with local, regional and national businesses on a broad range of Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Leases, Licence reviews Developments etc.
No following is needed as there is a lot of work from long standing clients, however those with their own contacts in the market would be of particular interest.
The firm is not a major commercial practice, not it is a small High Street firm so there is a really good balance between decent quality work without the associated stresses of working in a large commercial firm.
This is a really excellent opportunity perhaps for those who are looking to make that move into a senior lawyer role and feel that the structure of their current team/department means that promotion to that level is not viable in the short-medium term.
Salary will be competitive for a regional practice + benefits.
