Conveyancer

A nationwide legal firm are seeking a Conveyancer to join their Conveyancing team at their office based in South Manchester.

The Role:

If you are an experienced Conveyancer looking to join an experienced and supportive legal practice offering an excellent quality of Conveyancing work then this is the right time to take your career to the next step.

Your role as Conveyancer will involve the following duties :-

• You will manage a case load of residential new build transactions from inception to completion
• You will deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, in order to provide advice and assistance
• You will be responsible for communicating with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
• You will supervise a small team of assistants, delegating work to them and mentoring them

The Ideal Candidate:-

• Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE experience as a Conveyancer running your own caseload
• Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good telephone manner
• Highly organised
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Experience of managing a small team
• Experience of using a case management system (ideally Proclaim)

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is competitve, depending on experience
