Due to the growth and influx of work into this Commercial Property department, they are now looking to add an experienced commercial property solicitor (2+ years PQE) to their team in York.
You will be responsible for:
- Running your caseload of all commercial property matters for large high-value clients from investor landlords and retailers through to local small shops.
- Supporting more junior members of the team
- Providing professional legal advice to your clients upholding the firms' reputation
- Be a qualified commercial property solicitor (2+ years PQE)
- Experienced running and managing your own caseload of commercial property matters
- Proven experience on business development
- Confidence with client interaction
