CQS accredited firm in Norfolk seeks a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s multi-accredited practice located in the heart of Norwich, the successful applicant will handle a rewarding caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold
• Re-mortgages
• Transfer of equity
• Stamp duty land tax
• Land Registry registrations
• Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions

The Candidate
• Solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers with up to 5 years’ PQE
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Be professional, personable and enthusiastic
• Possess outstanding communication and client care skills
• Be a team player who is equally comfortable working on your own initiative
