Job Details
This is claimant work and will often include complicated birth injury cases, orthopaedic negligence, issues of mis-diagnosis and cosmetic surgery claims. You will regularly be acting against NHS hospitals and GPs as well as international pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
You will work with a niche team of lawyers and support staff, reporting into a reputed partner recognised in the Legal 500.
To apply for this Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive position, you will need at least one years' previous clinical negligence experience, handling your own caseload of fast and multi-track matters. You will be familiar with litigation.
