THE FIRM
A major national and international law firm.
THE ROLE
For a tax lawyer with experience of working in a corporate tax environment.
You will be joining a Corporate Tax team whose work ranges from stand-alone tax advisory mandates to transaction linked advice.
The team is heavily involved in transactional planning, structuring, financing and related documentation for funds, real estate, private equity and corporate clients.
Clients include high-profile publicly listed companies, management teams, investment funds, family owned businesses, real estate investors and developers.
ABOUT YOU
With excellent academics and evidence of good quality training gained within a highly regarded Tax practice, you will have a demonstrable understanding of UK tax rules and structures, ideally with experience of advising across some of the areas of corporate, real estate, projects, funds, finance and other commercial transactions.
Cross-border tax expertise is also desirable but not essential.
