Commercial Litigation Associate

Errington Legal are currently recruiting for a Senior Solicitor to work within a leading Commercial Litigation team for a well-regarded regional law firm, in their Cambridge based office.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor of 5+ years’ experience, gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm, with a good understanding of Commercial Litigation and contentious Trusts and Probate, and must have a genuine interest in this area of law.

The successful candidate will have experience in, and ability to manage a varied contentious trusts and probate case load, from preliminary advice to handling litigation and mediation, in addition to providing support on more complex matters led by senior fee earners.

Ideally you will be ACTAPS qualified, although this is not essential. You will also need to be skilled in interviewing, have good drafting and communication skills as well as good legal research and knowledge of using case managements. Experience in compliance is an advantage and excelent client care skills are also essential.

You will also be expected to get involved in a range of business development activities, including attending networking and other business development events.
