A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint a skilled solicitor to join its corporate commercial division in Bristol. The team advises a steady flow of high quality corporate commercial work, to include:

• Business sales and purchases
• Reorganisations
• Joint ventures, shareholder agreements and articles of association
• Business finance
• Company purchase of own shares
• Confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements
• Trading terms and conditions
• Franchise agreements
• Distribution agreements

Applications are encouraged from lawyers with broad knowledge, strong transactional and general corporate experience and solid commercial contracts experience. You’ll need good drafting skills and strong client relationships skills. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent business development capabilities, exemplary communication skills and confidence in presenting.
