Paralegal / Senior Fee Earner - Pre-Litigated Credit Hire - role within Greater Manchester

Your new role
As a Senior Fee Earner within the pre-litigated credit hire department you will work closely with your Team Leader to work on delegated tasks, which will support the management of the team. You will also act as a subject matter expert for specific Credit Hire Organisations. You will be responsible for driving settlements and for ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential, meeting their objectives, targets and continuously improving the quality of work produced.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a strength of knowledge within credit hire. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience in credit hire, as the ability to work as a credit hire 'subject matter expert' is essential. Ideally you will have experience of managing business to business relationships, and the ability to support and nurture team members, helping them to give their best performance. This will involve recognising learning needs / style, delegating tasks effectively and excellent listening and communication skills. Good standard of education acceptable, although it would be beneficial to have a law degree.
